How can you keep your Halloween candy consumption to a minimum? Tweet it.

'Tweet What You Eat' is a dieting tool that essentially shames you into behaving when you nosh to avoid the embarrassment of having to admit to your followers that you ate half your body weight in tiny Kit Kats. Well, either that or it teaches you to lie on your twitter account.

This Halloween, why not give it a try by tweeting all your diet indiscretions throughout the night? If you eat well? You'll be rewarded with praise and self-satisfaction. If you don't, you'll hopefully learn a valuable lesson.
