Cummings, a yoga teacher and hypnotherapist, started the program in 2006 with her mom, after she realized how merging hypnosis and yoga yielded such great results. She's seen people lose huge amounts of weight, and claims it can help everyone from triathletes to people with pain management and prenatal needs.
Yoga makes up about 45 minutes of a one-hour session, and the last 15 minutes is focused on hypnosis with a focus on healthier living. Imagine a big class full of students, with everyone working on their own issues. That's how it works. Some folks -- it's mostly women who attend -- have given up French fries cold turkey after just one session. If that's enough to motivate you, Cummings shares a hyp-yoga move you can try at home.
