Halloween Treats: The Best and Worst

Some Halloween candy can be a calorie nightmare -- know the bad from the good before you shop.

Some candies are better for your waistline than others, so before you head to the store, know which ones are fine as an occasional treat and which candy bars you might want to pass up. Not surprisingly, licorice and gummy-type candies tend to be lower in calories than chocolate and caramel treats, and some goodies -- like sugar-free gum -- have no calories at all!

Of course, if the temptation will be too much for you, you can always opt for non-edible treats like stickers, small trinkets and fun pencils.
