Honestly, one would expect a nutritionist to know the difference between palette and palate. I don't this is a pithy comment--I think once it again it just points to the fact that just because you read something online doesn't mean that the person who wrote what you read is an expert in any way. Misinformation is rampant.

You might want to re-read your comment and see that you, yourself, aren't that great of a writer yourself, inserting words where they don't belong...

Linda Z, one wrong choice of wording doesn't make for misinformation. It does show us that no one is perfect, the use of words in your comment and her misuse of a word.
The shared information is what is important about the article. The information appears to be accurate and informative.

I actually didn't notice that she did that, or I probably would have picked it out right away. Linda, it was a simple mistake that anyone could have made when writing an article. Of course a spell checker wouldn't catch this because both words are correct. It just comes down to the usage of them, and in this case it was the wrong word that was used. She could have simply been typing faster than she was thinking or something like that.
