Of course, it's not exactly a secret -- hot celebs like Beyonce and "Ugly Betty" actress Anna Ortiz have been dancing for fitness for years now. And no matter what your style, there's a dance routine to suit you -- you can even try country-style line dancing or dance on the treadmill like Madonna. You can do it with a partner or on your own -- the point is to just get moving. Once you do, it won't even feel like fitness at all.
