Then, she gained it back, but lost it again through diet and exercise. And then she talked about how much sex she and her husband were having. And it, too, was gross.
Now, Wilson is gearing up to shoot a weight-loss reality show on GSN, reports the LA Times. After giving birth to the most recent addition to her family, the singer (wait, when did she last sing something?) has had trouble losing the 50 pounds of baby weight she gained during pregnancy, so, naturally, she's turning to the spotlight to help her shed the weight.
"This is definitely the most exposed I've ever been," Wilson tells the LA Times about her new show, "Carnie Wilson: Unstapled." Right, because the online surgery and sex talk was really under-the-radar. Don't get me wrong -- I wish her the best in her endeavors to reach a healthy weight. I just have a hard time understanding why it's necessary to share that journey with the world, over and over again.
Will you tune in? Or would you rather spend your TV time watching "The Biggest Loser?"

Just goes to show that Bariatric surgery is not the magic pill I see people so often believe it. This surgery is serious and a great tool in promoting and keeping weight off. But if patients cannot get to the source of what allowed them to have a weight problem in the first place, their behaviors and beliefs of themselves in most cases...the weight struggle will continue. I have lost over 210 pounds and it was hard, still is hard. Fitness and healthy eating have been very important but most essential was changing my behaviors and beliefs. It starts there. This will be interesting to see, excited for Carnie.

She was on Celebrity Fit Club and never lost any weight. She is just a fattie trying to make a buck off of TV. And her game show stinks.

well, the surgery can and DOES do it's part but the person themselves has to do their own part in losing the rest of the weight. the docs can operate on your body, not your brain so one has to try their best to stick to the program for complete success. It's never easy. Their is no magic pill. ....Lolly~

Here we go again.Carney Wilson's parents should have spelled her name Carny, she's just a side show act looking for the spotlight.I thought by now the public would tire of her constant need to be noticed. Please quit feeding her this publicity that she thrives on!

I don't think this is a reality show about her weight. People love her and want to see what she goes through. And by the way, her last CD was a solo Christmas CD in 2007. I think she is entertaining to watch no matter what she's talking about.

I'm kind of sick of her. I remember seeing her on Celebrity Fit Club and she kept insisting that her extra pounds were from when she was pregnant, not from overeating, but it had been over a year since she had given birth and she hadn't lost any of the weight. She needs to admit to herself that she has a problem with food. Once she admits that, perhaps she can heal and teach herself to eat properly. Put down that fork!
