Slim While Sweeping

Can't find time to exercise with all the chores you have to do? Sweep yourself into shape.
... literally! You can build your body with a broom, meaning you can clean your floors and sculpt your arms at the same time. You won't get results from simply sweeping up the dust in your normal manner, however -- use these unique exercises to tone your muscles while you get housework done.
And while you're at it, why not think of other exercises you can fit into your daily routine? What about lunges while you're brushing your teeth, squats while you empty the dishwasher or bicep curls with bottled water while you unpack the groceries? Got any ideas of your own?
