Wouldn't you love to find a quick workout that delivered great results? Well, fitness instructor and registered holistic nutritionist Sarah Brown of That's Fit.ca might have just what you need. She calls it the Sarah Super Set, and it's a full-body workout that incorporates jumping rope in between exercises that work each muscle group.

The Super Set is a workout you can do at home, and all you need is an exercise mat, a skipping rope and a barbell with clips and plates of various sizes.

Exercises include squats, dead lifts, chest presses, dead rows, bicep curls, tricep extensions, abdominal bicycles and stretching -- three sets of 15 reps for each one, with 30-60 seconds of jumping rope in between each one. If you're really crunched for time, you can cut it down to two sets of 20 reps, but don't skimp on the jumping, because it's key -- just ask Madonna.
