Having trouble slimming down after having your baby? You need a new routine.
Your body changes after a baby, and so should your workout -- so forget about endless crunches, and instead focus on doing some gentler ab exercises to strengthen your tummy without risking any injuries. Of course, don't forget the most vital aspect to any ab workout -- breathing. Exhale as you exert effort, and inhale as you release, all while maintaining your strong abs.
Also, take some encouragement from "Ugly Betty" actress Anna Ortiz -- she recently said that breast-feeding is nature's lipo.
