Generally, you'll wear the same size sports bra as regular bra, but you might want to try it on to be sure. Your bra should allow you to breath, but you want it snug, too. And cups? It depends on the size of your breasts, but if you're a C-cup or larger, go for the extra support. And when the bra band starts riding up in the back, it's likely time for a new one.

I totally agree with this. I am a gym rat and am constantly looking for a good sports bra. The latest brand I've discovered is from a little known company called Breeze Comfort. Their sports bras are lightly padded and are designed with technology that really allows for maximum fabric breathability. In fact, the removeable pads even have tiny holes on them, so you know they're working to wick away moisture. The fit is true to size and requires no adjustments during my workouts. The best part is that the entire chest area stays cool and dry! Finding the right sports bra definitely inspires my workouts and keeps me motivated even when I'm feeling a bit lazy.
