Why a mountain climb? "This is a basic human necessity that needs to be addressed now," says Biel. "[I want] to help any way I can in order to raise awareness toward the life-threatening clean-water crisis happening not only in Africa but around the world."
Think mountain climbing is too much to tackle? Let Zak York inspire you. After surviving childhood cancer, he took on Mount Whitney, the tallest mountain in the continental U.S., and he plans to do it again.

Big deal. Mike Peters of The Alarm JUST climbed Mount Kilimanjaro with the LoveHopeStrength Foundation, which he started to help fight cancer around the world. Where was "That'sFit" to report on THAT bit of news? Peters, who has been the lead singer of The Alarm for more than 25 years, hass beaten cancer twice. He climbed Mount Everest last year and performed the highest altitude concert ever (Check the Guinness Book. It's in there) for the charity. Oops, again, ThatsFit missed it.
Jacki, maybe if you'd stop getting your news from the Enquirer or pr hacks, your readers might be better served. What are you writing about next? Will Beyonce walk up a hill?
