Tea: You Can't Go Wrong

It's a powerful ally to have in your corner in your fight against flab, because not only is it naturally filling and calorie-free, studies show that certain kinds of tea can actually help you increase the amount of fat you burn. Generally, green tea has been heralded as the best tea for beating the bulge, but in fact, white tea is even more powerful -- it can reduce the size of fat cells in your body.
However, if you're enjoying tea, make sure you're drinking it au naturel -- loading it with sugar and milk can erase many of the potential health benefits. And stay away from sugar-laden tea-based drinks, like sweetened iced tea and green tea lattes -- they'll end up doing more harm than good.
