I have the same problem, I lose everywhere else but my midsection remains the same.

The best thing is all out weight loss. Exercise will then show off your muscle.

My fitness goal is to take my yoga to the next level with headstands, flying crow, forearm stand, etc.

sweet! I already consider myself pretty fit, but with my wedding three months away, I'm stepping everything up a notch. Wouldn't mind loosing an extra couple of pounds.

Today is my 52nd birthday and I'd like to get fit. I want to feel healthier and have more energy and stamina. I lost my big brother last year and want to take better care of myself.

My current fitness goal is a half marathon in April. I've only ever done a 5k before, so this is a huge challenge for me!

I recently started working out in February of 2009 and so far I have reached all my goals and I have become an avid athlete; my new goal is to complete a triathlon in the summer of 2010 and to keep working out 5 days of the week. I know with my dedication and enthusiam I will reach and obtain all goals I have set forth :)

Being a cancer survivor and having had several surgeries to re-coup from, I've gained weight over the last few years and am trying get rid of an unwanted 25 lbs...need all the help I can get!!!

I'm a 20 year old college student that weighs 240 pounds. i lost 10 pounds already but i need help along the weigh. My goal weight is 165 and i know with yoga it helps me center and strengthen myself.

I really want to lose about 15 pounds and tone up. Since we got back from our honeymoon, it's been really hard to get back into a routine. I need some motivation! :o)
