Pizza: Blot Your Slice To Make It Healthier

If you can't resist pizza, try to blot your slice.
True, it does only soak up about 30 calories and 3 grams of fat -- not exactly enough to make this favorite junk food a 'healthy snack' -- but every little bit counts, right? And if you're planning on eating more than a few slices, it adds up even more -- if you blot all three of the pieces of pizza you eat, you've shaved off 90 calories and 9 grams of fat from your meal.
Of course, we're not advocating eating three slices of pizza, but if you must, get a veggie slice or two in there!
