Join a gym...(and use it)...1/2 hour cardio and 1/2 hour free weights and Nautilus...4-5 days a week...its a great social outlet too... make changes in your diet.. and stick with it... it worked for me .. went from 38 to 32 waist... dropped 50 pounds .. and got toned ....my energy level doubled too.... love the comments i get from friends and family.... as well as looks from strangers.. you can do it !!
