artbyeve Back from the outdoor gym....that would be the "Sidewalk", folks. Jogged 3 miles. Exercise is great for the body and mind. Just do it!

qazkatarin weather is finally cooling enough to make outdoor exercise not completely sucktastic. Did a 2-10-2mile run-bike-run combo today.

RunningDude 52 degrees outside.. perfect weather to ride a bike to work, so I did. Plus the exercise did my legs good. Looking forward to the weekend.

Alice__Rose Been outside on the trampoline bouncing for 30mins solid. My knees are actually killing but I got in a good session of exercise. :)
