"Yes, the mini trampoline is a fantastic form of aerobic exercise that has numerous benefits such as improving coordination and overall muscle tone, speeding up metabolism and aiding cardiovascular and lymphatic circulation," says fitness instructor and registered holistic nutritionist Sarah Brown at That's Fit.ca.
Not only will the mini work your body, it might just reduce your stress, too. "You can put yourself in a trance-like state, which inspires a relaxed disposition in the hours you spend off your trampoline," says Brown, who offers some great tips for getting started. She also cautions that while the exercise is pretty safe and easy on joints, you should check with a doc before you get airborne.
