Reward Yourself Properly
Categories: Diet & Weight Loss, Reviews & Products
Want to reward yourself for a good workout? Stay away from food.
You see, most of us have a tendency to reward ourselves with something nice to eat -- a slice of our favorite cake, a bowl of ice cream, a large pizza. But if we're working out to get fit, we're completely missing the point -- we're single-handedly undoing all the good by turning to food for our reward. And in most cases, we didn't even burn off as many calories during the workout as we consumed during the reward.
So, find another way to treat yourself. Manicures, new books or simply some personal time are all calorie-free, and just as rewarding.

YOU CAN EAT SIX TIMES A DAY, BUT ONLY EAT SMALL MEALS, LIKE A FRUIT CUP (LIGHT SYRUP) FOR A SNACK. AND FOR DINNER A SMALL CHICKEN BREAST AND A SALAD. AND A BOTTLE OF WATER THAT FILL YOU UP. AND FOR DINNER A BOIL FISH OF SOME KIND A VEG. AND A SALAD AND A BOTTLE OF WATER. AND FOR A SNACK A SMALL LOW FAT BAG OF POPCORN.
