Soda - So Not Worth It

Your RDI of soda? That would be a big fat zero -- the diet variety included!
The government, scientists, and even you all seem to agree that soda is a big no-no, even when it's calorie-free. Nutritionally, its not doing you any favors, and it can even damage your health. Plus, cutting out soda is essential for losing weight because even the diet stuff will make you fat.
But don't despair -- there are lots of other great drinks out there for you. Herbal tea is my personal favorite, followed by water flavored with fresh citrus fruit, and cranberry juice diluted with sparkling water to give it a kick. Got a delicious drink you're partial to? Please share.
