Ditch the saturated fat -- it may be controlling your mind.

That's according to recent studies, which show that eating saturated fat may 'trick' your mind into eating more, and the effects can last for up to three days! Yikes.

Saturated fat sends a signal to the brain that causes it to ignore appetite cues that would normally indicate you're full, so you might eat a lot more than you need.

Saturated fat can be hard to avoid, but as long as you watch your portions and stay away from high-fat foods like ice cream, butter and anything deep-fried, you should be alright.
