I don't know any thin diet soda drinkers. The worst is the person that never drinks water, just a diet soda starting at 10. Another at Noon, 4pm and so on. He has a huge gut and can't walk from the handicapped parking spot to his desk without being out of breath.

I am a thin diet soda drinker (5' 11" and 155 lbs). Is it healthy? Not in the least, but I don't like drinking water all the time, and the sugar content of regular sodas makes me nauseous.

I've lost close to 20 lbs since switching from sugar soda to diet soda. I realize diet soda isn't the best for me and plan to cut it out as well.
6', 194lbs.
