Even though it's a form of sugar itself, honey is a natural appetite surpressant that can not only satisfy your craving for something sweet, but also keep you from reaching for less-healthy processed sugar treats like cakes and candies. It still has calories, so you'll have to practice moderation, but next time you find yourself drawn to the Krispy Kreme counter near your office, try sucking on some honey instead -- you just might find it's enough to calm your sweet tooth for the afternoon.
