Need to slim down? There's one surefire way -- slashing sugar.
Sorry to burst your bubble -- I know the afternoon cake run is about all that's keeping you going right now -- but reducing your sugar intake will not only benefit your waistline, it will do wonders for your overall health, too. It's not all bad news though -- you can still enjoy natural sugars, like those found in fruit. I know, a big bowl of strawberries doesn't sound nearly as tempting as a gooey piece of chocolate cake, but it will be worth it over time.
