I live in Minnesota and have been considering a weekend at the Birdwing Spa. A friend went a few years back and said it was one of the most relaxing weekends of her life!

I just booked a 7 day package. I have spent the last four days on too many hours of looking for the most for your money kind of deal. I am going from the 7th to 15th of Nov.. I am finally very excited. I was offered the best they had to offer. Maybe cause it's off season right now. Anyhow by for bestprice value. Very sure of themselves and very acommedating (prob spelled wrong) They went the extra mile for me. I can't wait. As you can see, it's a last minute plan. Coming from Tampa, Fl. and still got a reasonable flight rate.
I will try and remember to comment about my trip when I get back.

How about a Mexican spa resort which includes excellent spa cuisine, exercise, yoga and walking groups and costs $616 for 4 nights and 5 days +taxes and tips. www.spamexico.com was just upgraded by tripadvisor and is a 60 year old secret to spa goers who want a deal. I lost 5 lbs in a week, ate healthily, did some great silver shopping and came home feeling fit and sharp.

I checked out their packages. And there is no way to compare theirs to Wingbird. I am going for weight loss as my primary goal. At Wingbird they are adding the relaxation and pampering as well which, no one else does. Most cater to spa-relaxation or boot camp. Not both and still a bette price. I am just appreciative of them and that I came across their site.
Psss I compared alot of them across the country for 4 days.
I can't wait to comment on the experience.

I love going to fitness retreats and have for years. I had great success at Vita Vie Retreat in Delray Beach, FL. Everyone was so knowledgeable and so nice! They are located at the Marriott and have great accommodations too. The food is also wonderful and tasty but low cal. I would highly recommend if anyone is interested!!!
