Sugar may help the medicine go down, but honey can help suppress your cravings for sugary foods. It's a natural sweetener, so the next time those late-afternoon hunger pangs hit, try sucking on a teaspoon of honey. After all, besides not needing approval from the FDA, these all-natural diet boosters carry no health risks and are easy to find in your local grocery store.

I love taking my Vidazorb chewable probiotics as I have read so many articles on how beneficial probiotics are for our body! These are so great, yummy and convenient. I have noticed that when I take them..I just don't feel the urge to snack so much. Not to mention that I think they help process foods better so it just changes the overall feeling of your gut and hunger. It is wonderful for that and I have read it has the ability to help with skin, immunities and IBS. They helped our son with his Eczema, so I am hopeful that they will be good for me in many ways too!
