Drink More, Exercise More?

Drink up -- people who enjoy cocktails regularly are more likely to work out on a consistent basis.

Surprising but true -- recent studies showed that heavy drinkers log more time at the gym than their teetotalling counterparts. What's not clear is why -- though maybe the extra exercise is an attempt to make up for the previous night's dieting sins.
But proceed with caution. Drinking -- especially binge drinking -- also increases your waist size, so you'll really need those extra hours at the gym.
