Fitsugar says the new Nike Free 5.0 running shoe supposedly mimics barefoot mechanics, a timely product as barefoot running is gaining stride.

If your feet aren't ready to run in the buff, the Nike Free 5.0 provides enough cushion to strength-train legs and feet with an imitation barefoot movement. The shoe features both a men's and women's design.

Now Nike is touting the shoe with a naked running commercial that will either make you smile or simply run away fast -- with all your clothes on. Ever allowed your up-top or down-low junk jostle around on a naked run?

Naked feet or not, here's a cool way to keep track of each and every step.
