Tracking Steps Is Easier Than You Think
Categories: Fitness
If you're reading this, there's no reason you shouldn't be meeting the recommended 10,000 steps a day.
Better yet, you should be exceeding this quota, because you can keep track your steps with ease on the Internet -- no need for any fancy pedometers. And it's easy to plan new routes with tools that will tell you the duration of your walking path.
Then, when you know how far you're walking and for how long, it's easy to figure out how many calories you've been burning. Walking is one of the easiest activities you can do to maintain your health and lose weight -- not to mention the fact that it's fun, free and good for the environment. So if you're not pounding the pavement, the only question is -- why?
