Being able to do push-ups really can make your life quite a bit easier -- you're less prone to injury, you're stronger in everyday tasks, and you've got sleek shoulders and arms to flaunt in your favorite sleeveless tops and dresses. Awesome.
Here's what Holly recommends: Start by doing 10 push-ups, three times a week. Do as many from your toes as you can, but drop to your knees if you really need to. Once you've mastered that, work up to three sets of 10, three times a week. After that? Click here for a few push-up variations you can try.
