Drink To Your Health

At least, that's according to a recent post on the healthiest habits of women around the world. French women on average drink a glass of red wine every day, and they have some of the lowest rates of heart attacks in the world. And we all know that French Women Don't Get Fat, so maybe they're on to something? Red wine has some amazing healthy benefits, and while alcohol is usually a no-no for your waistline, wine is one of the lower-calorie drinks out there -- a small glass is about 80 calories.

That said, most French women probably don't overdo it by consuming the better part of a bottle every night either, so don't go wild -- stick to one small glass with dinner and stop there.
