ColletteAM @ Thats fit it's the best time to exercise for me. I can take my time and enjoy it
fiercejourney Vacation day! The plan: eat healthy, fun with fitness - running the hills of course, and time with my kids. What is your dream day?

carrieburrows I exercise on vacation every day. 1 hour per day Boot Camp style. Short, fast but highly effective. Love to walk as well!
AngeloPalazzo
AngeloPalazzo I do not exercise when on vacation! A cigar in one hand n a coffee in the other! Lmfao!

MizzouAlumPrez Just back from a spa vacation with lots of exercise and healthful dining for EVERY meal...and no alcohol is served? Pizza, not on menu.

palermosisters Only exercise if my vacation is a ski trip! (And by that I mean skiing = exercise)

If you travel a lot I have found it so important. My new weapon-The Muscle Bar. It weights 6 pounds and I take it with me everywhere! I cannot always depend on a gym where I am going, so this makes sure I can get in what I want, especially when traveling in the winter.

First let me say I love this blog! My name is Cecily and I am a member of a fitness group called the Valleywood Fit Girls here in Los Angeles. On of our members, TV personality Claudia Jordan is a member of our group. Interestingly enough, Claudia tends to work out when she travels. This article made me think of her. She sent us a fitness challenge via You Tube and sent us proof that she worked out while working in the Caymen Islands. I now this is a bit off topic, but it goes to show what type of dedication it takes to maintain a nice body! The link to our blog post is here - http://ks6af.th8.us
