ExerciseTV trainer Cindy Whitmarsh demonstrates the move -- lunge forward, side, back, then squat -- and she says it's the best for sculpting the glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps, calves, hips and for addressing those dreaded saddle bags, too. It's what she uses to train cheerleaders, and she even does it herself just before a video shoot or a trip to the beach.
Commit to three sets of 20 to 30 every other day, and in just a few weeks, you can be fit for your own skimpy shorts.
