How? Why not try:
- Exercising with the kids. They need activity too -- head out for a family hike, play tag in the park or simply bounce around on the trampoline with them.
- Fitting it in. Doing things like taking the stairs and going for a brisk walk on your lunch break are easy to fit into your busy schedule, and while they might not seem like much, they'll add up over time.
- Doing it anyway. Yes, you're tired, but exercising with not only revive you, it will help you sleep better at night. Trust me, you'll never feel worse after a workout.
