What do you get when you combine sequins with public weigh-ins, and grueling workouts with frustrating dance rehearsals? Oxygen's new "Dancing with the Stars" meets the "Biggest Loser" weight-loss competition, "Dance Your Ass Off." Five weeks in, the contests have already lost a combined 168 pounds. And while they're definitely working hard -- it looks like they're having a pretty good time dropping the pounds on stage!

Host Marissa Jaret Winokur, Tony-award winning actress and former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant, sat down with That's Fit to talk about why dancing is her favorite way to work out, how she hopes the show will inspire people and her simple tricks for keeping portions in check. Actress Lisa Ann Walter, creator of "Dance Your Ass Off," got the idea for the show courtesy of her own struggle to shed extra pounds. She had gained weight for her role in "Shall We Dance," but hated working out, so she started going to dance classes to shake off the unwanted weight. Check out our interview with Lisa below to hear more about her inspiration for the show and find out what the contestants tell her that literally brings her to tears.
