Stock up on delicious fresh fruits, veggies, nuts, whole grains and low-fat dairy foods. Need ideas? Celery with hummus, apples sprinkled with cinnamon and plain non-fat yogurt with blueberries and a touch of honey are all staples in my kitchen.
