I actually like the yoga poses on Wii Fit. They're great for beginners who need a little more guidance on how to properly execute each position in order to get the most benefit.

EA Sports Active --- I would love the running and yoga aspects. I'm trying to get back in shape. Having been laid off, I'm gaining a little weight around the belly area, and I need to get it OFF!!! lol.

The best thing about WII fit is I don't have to leave my home. I am able to wake up and start my workout. I am so incline to skip my a gym workout because I hate leaveing my family for the hour and half.

Yoga and strength training are the two areas I find most beneficial with the Wii Fit. Anything that adds to these workouts would be a perfect supplement to my daily routines!

I like the yoga..I'm intimidated to actually go and take yoga, because I'm seriously uncoordinated, but the yoga on WiiFit stretches me out and makes my muscles feel great!

My favorite part of Wii Fit is the body test. I like how it conveniently graphs and tracks my weight and BMI.

The boxing is awesome. Great to relieve tension/stress after work, and it doubles as a pretty good cardio activity, too.
