Well, Ruby's back for another season of healthy eating and exercising -- Sundays at 8 p.m. -- and she suspects she'll be moving around a lot more now that she's so much more mobile. But how will she stay motivated for the long haul? Check out the video above, where Ruby shares how she stays strong.
