The handles are rubber, and the footrest is also nonstick, so you should be able to work hard without losing your grip. Interval Training.........
Many people use it as a form of Body Conditioning where new parameters are set. it is a way to re-condition the Body and prepare at a moment's notice to take on challenging efforts.
The Body will eventually get prepare for a variety of challenges
the problem with this , is that constant rates of cortisol becomes ever present, which as a stress hormone is not always good.
