Are you a fast food junkie? The convenience of fast food comes with a price tag -- in fat, sodium and calories. Your best bet is to avoid the drive thru and make your own "fast foods." Stock up on fruits, vegetables and other ready-to-eat snacks. When cooking meals, plan ahead and make extra to freeze for a quick meal at a later date.
