Juice Up Your Whole Grains

Enhance the flavor of your whole grains, no oil or butter required. FitSugar suggests cooking whole grains in juice instead of water.

Experiment by measuring out 100 percent carrot, tomato, orange, apple, beet or pomegranate juice next time you prepare whole grain side dishes or breads. Pomegranate couscous -- have to try that one.
