Who among us hasn't used our personal gym towel to wipe a bit of sweat off a piece of equipment at the gym and then used the same towel to wipe our faces? Not only is that completely gross -- it's also dangerous. Just ask Matt Barker, who contracted a staph infection that entered his lungs and caused pneumonia from a public gym. And so, he founded Athlete Outfitters and invented the Safe Side Towel.

The Safe Side Towel has a clearly marked GYM side and a FACE side, so you always know which side is safe. In addition to nasty things like staph infections, it's easy to catch things like a cold and the flu if you're not careful with your towel. And now, you have a chance to win three Safe Side Towels of your own!

My favorite piece of gym equipment is the smith machine. I can do my two favorite exercises ( squat and Bench press) and I know I always have perfect form!

I love the treadmill ...so much so I trained for a half marathon the FIRST race/run I ever did ..all on a treadmill

It's hard to pick a favorite piece of gym equipment because I like to try most of them. I suppose if I had to choose just one, it would be the elliptical because I feel like I have actually done a challenging workout without the joint pain from running.

I really like just a plain ol' bench and a good set of dumbells. It's versatile and you can work your whole body.

I have to agree with Michelle, my favorite piece of equipment is the bosu trainer. I've used it in all kinds of workouts from boot camp to kettle bell.

My favourite piece of equipment at the gym is definitely the power rack (or squat rack as some call it). Probably the most versatile piece of gym equipment that you'll find in your gym, and one of the best for training large muscle groups.

My fave piece of equipment is the treadmill if we're talking "technical" equipment, but in terms of the gym's resources, I love the gym classes! They keep things interesting! Would love those adorable towels!
