Do You Have a Trigger Food?
Categories: Your Turn, Nutrition & Supplements

It's important to know your trigger foods, as they can really send your eating out of control. Weight Watchers recommends avoiding your trigger foods altogether for a while, then trying a small portion once you have control of your eating habits. If the food still causes you to binge, then you need to shelve it for a while longer.
Trigger foods may have a negative impact on your eating, but there's one activity that can have a positive impact on your physical activity.
Last week, I asked you if you play a team sport. Playing team sports is not only challenging and fun, it can also help you really commit to a fitness routine as a whole team is counting on you. Here's what you had to say in last week's poll:
- 35 percent of you do play a team sport -- you love the camaraderie.
- 28 percent of you prefer to work out solo.
- 26 percent of you aren't playing a team sport right now, but you have in the past.
- 11 percent of you haven't played team sports since high school.
