Occupation: Registered Nurse
How often do you exercise? At least three times a week.
What type of exercise do you do? Running, elliptical, swimming, abdominal and upper body workouts. I also occasionally like to take classes like Body Flow, Abs and Glutes and Power Circuit.
What gets you to work out, even when you're feeling lazy? My bikini or jeans.
What's on your MP3 player? My workout music has to be fast. I love hip hop, rap, country and rock.
Favorite healthy food? Turkey, fruit, spinach and tomatoes, grilled chicken breast, homemade hummus, low fat Swiss cheese and sometimes a small handful of dark chocolate morsels.
Favorite not-so-healthy food? Mexican!
Greatest fitness accomplishment? Running two 15Ks, but finishing my first one in one-and-a-half hours without stopping was the best.
Best fitness advice? If you are not breaking a sweat, then you aren't working hard enough and when you think you've reached your limit, push yourself a little harder.
