Ask me if I'm tired of apples. Go ahead, ask. Here's my answer: YES, I am very tired of apples.
But in all honesty, this is one of the easiest tips I've tried yet for hunger control. Apples are cheap and easy to find. Even organic apples (a good choice, since apples are on the dirty dozen list) are inexpensive and readily available at my grocery store. Not only that, but apples are highly portable and require no preparation beyond a good scrubbing, which means incorporating them into my diet didn't interfere with my lifestyle at all.
And here's the good news: If you decide to try this for yourself, other fruits probably have the same benefits. Pears were used in the original study, but most experts seem to agree that adding fruit and other low density foods to your diet probably has the same effect.
