There's a perfect time for every health move you make, and if you want to lose or maintain weight, you've got to tune into your body clock, says Camille Chatterjee, health editor for "Redbook" magazine.

Do you weigh yourself as soon as you hop out of bed, before you eat, after the bathroom and completely naked? You might want to try. You might also try eating two small lunches -- one just before your 2 p.m. energy slump -- and aim to exercise between 5 and 6 p.m. for optimal results.
