Boost Weight Loss With Better Timing
Categories: Diet & Weight Loss, Fitness
There's a perfect time for every health move you make, and if you want to lose or maintain weight, you've got to tune into your body clock, says Camille Chatterjee, health editor for "Redbook" magazine.
Do you weigh yourself as soon as you hop out of bed, before you eat, after the bathroom and completely naked? You might want to try. You might also try eating two small lunches -- one just before your 2 p.m. energy slump -- and aim to exercise between 5 and 6 p.m. for optimal results. Gather up some more tips by watching the video below. While these tricks might not work for everyone, they're certainly worth a try.

I think the big problem with people being overweight is that with the way people work so much, they have no time to eat 2 small lunches. I see tons of people running to McDonalds to quickly scarf down a big mac before they run back to work (by run, I mean drive - they have no time to actually run). Nice post.

All people would have to do is pack a lunch the night before this would stop the rushing around. This lunch would be nurtitious and you will have more break time to yourself. AND to discuss exercise, read below:
