Do You Play a Team Sport?
Categories: Your Turn, Fitness

When you're playing a sport, do you count all the sports drink calories you consume? Last week, I asked you about liquid calories.
When it comes to counting liquid calories, the majority of you keep close tabs:
- 54 percent keep track of your liquid calories.
- 38 percent of you drink mainly water, so you don't have to worry about liquid calories.
- 7 percent of you don't count calories at all.
- 1 percent think food has a bigger impact on overall calories than drinks.

If I don’t like it, I don’t stick to a fitness program just because Ive heard it is efficient. I have read on http://www.projectweightloss.com about four factors to get fit: the fun factor, the fit factor, the victory factor, and the toleration factor. I prefer Bollywoode dancing.
