Occupation: Pilates Instructor
How often do you exercise? Pilates five days a week, cardio 3x a week
What type of exercise do you do? I do a little bit of everything from spinning to weights to bikram yoga and everything in between.
What gets you to work out, even when you're feeling lazy? Knowing how great I'm going to feel after I'm done and how awful I'll feel if I don't.
What's on your MP3 player? I just recently downloaded the new Lily Allen CD and the new Michael Franti and Spearhead, but I like everything from Alicia Keys to Zero 7.
Favorite healthy food? I love, love, love avocados. I eat them straight out of the skin with a spoon!
Favorite not-so-healthy food? Macaroni and cheese, definitely.
Greatest fitness accomplishment? Becoming a pilates instructor and helping so many people feel stronger and better every day.
Best fitness advice? When my clients ask me how long before they see results, I often tell them not to workout for how it makes them look, but more for how it makes them feel! When you feel good, you look good!
