Bunless Burger - How Many Calories?

Low-carb eating has taken the world by storm in the last decade -- after all, if we haven't tried it ourselves, we probably know someone who has. Heck, even restaurants are getting in the game, changing traditional favorites into low-carb versions of themselves. T.G.I. Friday's even offers a bunless burger -- is nothing sacred anymore?
But are you doing yourself any favors by opting for this low-carb version? What do you think?

The answer is 860 calories and 23 g of fat, according to DietFacts.com. Ouch -- for that amount, you could have eaten two McDonald's cheeseburgers with the bun and had a small order of fries on the side to boot!
Bottom line? Whether you're counting carbs or not, calories and fat matter, and there's no way you can eat this on a regular basis and maintain a healthy BMI. Some better low-carb options? Ask for a salad with grilled chicken and dressing on the side.
