I look forward to beach weather every year. When I was younger I wore the sexiest bikinis I could find. Now that I'm in my early thirties I find that I look better in tankinis. Being mindful of my weight I usually try to start dieting in March but find that I look my best throughout the summer if I use a fat burning/detox/Cleanse the best one that I have found is http://cli.gs/Purity12Cleanse It usually helps me have more energy and I keep off those last 5 pounds

It is good to be healthy but it is important the message that we are sending to young girls. I work with teen cutting and self harming girls..The teen cutting is self harm and many of these girls have eating disorders.
We have ruined so many girls with media images that say skinny is good fat is bad. It is amazing a girl just told me(age 15) who looked very health about the need to lose more weight. She informed me that magazines make her want to get thinner(her words not mine)
This is straight up self harm! They are depressed and teen cutting. Many parents have not even heard of cutting self harm and their daughthers are probably doing it..
