Julia Roberts Got Fit in the Pool

Julia Roberts hopped in the pool for the workouts that got her in shape for the movie "Duplicity," and while swimming is definitely great for fitness, it wasn't laps she cranked out. Instead, her trainer had her running, cross-country skiing and pumping out arm exercises while in deep water.
